Payment Information

CURRENT STUDENTS
All tuition is due by the 25th of each month for the next month classes.  Tuition received after the 1st of the month will be charged a $10.00 late fee. Tuition is accepted in cash, check or credit card.  All checks should be made payable to "Sportastiks Gymnastics".  Discounts are available for AUTO PAY customers.  Please see the office for more information.

NEW STUDENTS
Full payment is required with registration. We do not send monthly invoices.  It is your responsibility to make full payment for each month. Joining a class after the month commences results in a pro-rated tuition rate based on your start date. Consider becoming an Auto Debit customer for automatic monthly billing. Speak with a Sportastiks Gymnastics office staff member to sign up.

DROPPING A CLASS OR MISSED CLASSES
Sportastiks Gymnastics requires a 30 day written notice of withdrawal prior to withdrawing from the program.  There are no pro-rated refunds or credits for dropped/missed classes. Once the month has begun, you are responsible for attending all scheduled classes during the entire month. Only two (2) make-ups are allowed per month.  Students have six (6) weeks to make up missed classes.  Make-up classes must be scheduled through the Sportastiks Gymnastics office. If a make-up class is scheduled and you fail to attend, you automatically forfeit the class.
